I am not aware of a binary distribution of RRD Tool. Cricket has no
required compiled components, so you should be able to download and
use it without a compiler, assuming you can find a copy of RRD Tool
that is precompiled.

You might talk to Philippe.Simonet@swisscom.com, who regularly sends
me patches to make Cricket work on NT. I do not develop or test it on
NT (yet).
