Unfortunately, I need to graph uptime values, because that is format of the
object that Network Appliance choose for their CPU load value.

Actually, NetApps provide the number of timeticks the Filer spent doing
work, since SNMP start. And since the BER.pm module would return timeticks
as a formatted string, I needed a way to have it returned as a numeric
value.
