There is no need to port it, since it written in perl which runs on lots of
OS's including
WinNT. There are minor changes to make sure it runs on WinNT, and you will
need a schedular service to run it at a regular interval. The begineer.txt,
I beleive it mentions WinNT. You will have to get and install Perl for
WinNT.
