Hi Ulrik,
I was wondering if you had any luck with getting Cricket to work with
non-Cisco equipment. I'm trying to get Cricket to work with a Wellfleet
router, and the basic config works fine except for one small hitch.
I have one virtual device that actually comprises of 2 T1 lines. I can
monitor the aggregate traffic of the virtual device just fine, but I want
to monitor traffic of the individual T1 lines as well.
I obtained a Wellfleet MIB and used getif to browse the tree and find the
OIDs I want to monitor:
wfSyncRxOctets 1.3.6.1.4.1.18.3.4.5.1.36
wfSyncTxOctets 1.3.6.1.4.1.18.3.4.5.1.38
If I do an snmpwalk on each of these, I can see the 2 T1 lines (1.21 and
1.22 are appended to each OID). This gives me:
Line 1
1.3.6.1.4.1.18.3.4.5.1.36.1.21 (Rx)
1.3.6.1.4.1.18.3.4.5.1.38.1.21 (Tx)
Line 2
1.3.6.1.4.1.18.3.4.5.1.36.1.22 (Rx)
1.3.6.1.4.1.18.3.4.5.1.38.1.22 (Tx)
How do I need to configure Cricket to properly retrieve the data for these
interfaces and be able to graph them?
Cheers,
Utsav
