For some reason the values reported on the webpage d not match the
values cricket sez it is gathering.
I have a program that returns one of tow possible value combinations.
One is the average of ten quick pings and a zero. In case there are
excessive timeouts the program returns 0 and 100. Cricket seems to be
getting the data correctly but the values reported on the webpage are
different. The values are called "Average" and "Timeout."

The value for "Timeout" can only be 0 or 100 which is how I noticed
this problem.
I am using cricket 0.70 with rrdtool 1.07
