Sorry about the delay in getting this out. I wanted to make it as
simple as possible.

I've attached a file which contains a utility for building the interface
configuration files as well as a sample configuration tree and interface
description file.

There is a README file which explains how everything works together.

Let me know if something isn't clear and I'll fix it.
