Does anyone know of a good SNMP tutorial on-line?
I'm trying to write a subtree for my HP Laserjet 4000 printers, but I get the error "cannot encode Object ID 43.10.2.1.4.1.1: first subid too
big in Object ID 43.10.2.1.4.1.1" when I try and get the pagecount from it, and I dont really think this is the formun to ask SNMP questions (but do you like the way I've sneaked it in anyway ;)
Thanks in advace,
Stuart Grimshaw.
ps My config tree has come on in leaps and bounds since I reverted back to v0.69. I now have routers at various buildings being monitored, as well as the response from my intranet server.
