Clearly, something is still looking for %domain%. You might consider
putting 'domain = ""' in the target dict to shut the error up, though
that might leave things set wrong.
You could also edit ConfigTree::Cache::expandString so that it tells
you what string it's having the problem with. That would make it
easier to find it.
